((OCC: ok Ellie, and I made up this character about a few years ago. So here you go!)
When Lily Potter gave birth, both her a James were not expecting the little girl they had received. The Potters had, fraternal twins, they named one Harry and the other Karrie… But after falling in to danger with the dark lord they quickly realized that he only knew of one child…
He only knew of Harry, Karrie was non existent in his mind. It was than Lily made the hardest choice of her life, they would keep Harry, because everyone already knew of him, and they would give there secret daughter away, so that if anything happened to them they would be pleased to know that one of the children was alive and safe.
They gave Karrie, to John and Chelsea Skyfire who were moving to America, Chelsea had been pregnant but sadly lost the baby, just around the same time that Karrie was born, so as soon as Lily kissed her daughter good bye and placed her in the arms of Chelsea, Miss Karrie Potter was no more… only Miss, Karrie Skyfire existed now.
Karries deep red hair was fanned on the pillow, and her hazel eyes were open even though she still felt asleep. “Karrie!” Karrie moaned and covered her face with her hand, she was beautiful even for eleven. “ I don’t want to get up,” she moaned.
Karrie knew she was very different from her family, for one thing, she was cursed she could turn in to a wolf at will, but becoming human again was a hard task, Karrie had a wolf soul and if she ignored it she would forcefully be turned in to a wolf, and she would only be able to turn in to a human when her wolf soul quieted.
Karrie sat up from her bed, and stumbled over to her blue jeans that lay on the floor, she pulled them on and grabbed a shirt from her closet.
Today was July 31st her brithday, she was turning 11th and that made her some what existed. She went to the mirror and brushed threw her long red hair, it was said that she looked extremely like Lily Potter, a friend of her mothers.
Karrie had a strange feeling that this Lily Potter was more than what her mother had told her, she had a strange feeling that her last name really wasn’t Skyfire. That perhaps it was Potter, after all how could she look SO much like someone she wasn’t related to. Karrie racked her hair back in to a pony tail, and tied it with an elastic band.
Karrie jumped at the sound of a sudden ringing, she looked, to see that her phone was lighting up with brilliant colors. Karrie lightly picked it up.
“Hello?”
“Hey Kar. Happy Birthday!”
Karrie sighed, “Thanks Candy!”
Candy. Candace Newflame, she was Karrie’s best friend since before she could remember. Candace had blond hair and dazzling brown eyes, it contrasted so much with Karries appearance that it made them look like opposites.
“Kar, did you get one?”
“Get one what?”
“The Letter!”
“What Letter? what are you talking about?”
“KARRIE-LILY-SKYFIRE!” came a voice from down the steps.
“Shit girl, whad ja do?” asked Candace.
Karrie shrugged as if Candy could see her “I have no idea.”
“Call me back!” said Candace.
“Ok,” said Karrie a little frightened. “I’m COMING!” She screamed, Karrie slammed the phone down and hurried out of her room and down the steps, jumping on the banister and sliding down till the end. She ran in to the kitchen and slid to a stop, only to stare at her mother and father drinking there coffee.
“What?” asked Karrie, looking at her mother with a glare.
“Oh just making sure you were up! Happy birthday dear!” she said with a smile. Chelsea got up and went to her daughter and pulled her in to a hug.
Karrie eyed her father who was sitting at the table, and pouring her some coffee. Her mother released her and Karrie stared in to those two chocolate eyes there was sorrow there behind them.
“Mother whats wrong?”
“Karrie sit down.” her mother cooed, though her voice was soft it was firm and demanding, Karrie obeyed. “Karrie I don’t know how to tell you this but… we aren’t your real parents.”
I know. Thought Karrie with a smirk, but she quickly changed her face to a more innocent shocked kind of look. “W-what?” Karrie added a slight stutter to add a certain ‘what are you talking about’ effect
“Yes, you see Karrie about 11 years ago, there was a war and an Evil wizard tried to take over, and you parents, they gave you to us, so that you will be safe. Do you remember me telling you about Lily and James Potter?”
Karrie nodded, she was suddenly interested.
“Well they are your true parents Karrie, for you see you also have a brother, and he is the only one to have survived.” Karrie’s eyebrows knitted.
“a BROTHER?”
“Yes, Karrie we though today was a good day to tell you because this came for you today.” added her father handing her a mug of coffee and a letter, on the front it had her name except in stead of Skyfire it said, Potter.
To: Miss Karrie Potter
1694 S. Sherwood forest road.
Silverspring, Maryland
Karrie paused and ripped it open, but before she read it she said. “Mom, dad, I always kinda knew, after all I don’t look like either of you… and I look like Lily, so don’t worry I’m not to shocked.”
Karrie read the letter quickly and raced to her room only to pick up the phone, and type Candy’s number in so quickly that she was scared that it was the wrong number. She held her breath as it rang
“Hello?” Karrie sighed it was candy
“Hey!”
“Oh Hi!”
“Hogwarts?”
“Yep!”
“I turns out that you were right, I am adopted.”
“Lily Potter?”
“yep.”
The next thing Karrie knew was that she was stepping in to a Fireplace, with a bunch of pouter in her hand.
